  22. The company Consultron has produced two packages called respectively 
  23. "CrossDOS" and "CrossMAC" which are file systems from the Amiga and gives 
  24. it the ability to read/write PC/Mac disks. From version 2.1 (i think it 
  25. was) of the Amiga operative system the crossdos package came with the 
  26. machine.

  28. Or you could get a "normal" serial cable and a mac one and plug the two 
  29. machines together. Then get a terminal program for each.
  30. "Z-Term" a shareware program for the Macintosh and "NComm" (or perhaps 
  31. "Term") for the Amiga, make sure they talk at the same speed, 57600 is 
  32. possibly a good one. Use the Zmodem transfer protocol to transfer a lot 
  33. of files in one go.

  35. It's a lot slower than a network but it's cheeper than buying an ethernet 
  36. card for the Amiga :)
